Receiving international orders take 4-8 business days. Generally, the total processing time and transportation are equal to total delivery time. The processing time generally ranges from 24 hours to 2 days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting information to the appropriate warehouse, packing and shipping the item to. After completing treatment, the release begins. The shipping time is the express transit time from the warehouse to your delivery address.

Shipping International
We offer express delivery with shipping box and insurance tracking confirmation. It usually takes 4-8 working days for delivery. 24-48 overtime for processing time and can take up to 48 additional hours in case we need to contact the payment processor for verification of the credit card.
We will not be responsible for customs charge taxes in every country. We charge the full price of shipping for any returns and international trade.
For packages unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Order Tracking
Order tracking is available in the My Account page or send a link tracking with the tracking number by email when the order was shipped. If your order appears late, you must consider the following:

Return Policy

Defective items
Items will be checked by our team of product evaluations and if the item is deemed defective due to manufacturing or fabric defect, our site will replace or refund without shipping charges. If deemed not to be defective, will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this kind of return.

All international returns should be returned within 30 days from receipt of order.
Shipping costs for international trade are paid by the customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All taxes, fees, or taxes that must be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
